In Korea, once a baby reaches his/her 100th day of life the parents celebrate this big occasion. In the old days, the infant mortality rate for babies under 3 months was high...so when your child reached 100 days it was something to shout about. The Baek-il is a sign that the baby will live a long and healthy life. This is somethings that's still celebrated. So on this 100th day...we celebrate our little song bird Ava...Mommy and daddy and your big bro Micah can't wait to see all the amazing things you'll do in your life. We love you!
